      Title: 5-Ingredient Slow Cooker Pot Roast
 Categories: Beef, Potatoes, Vegetables, Crockpot
      Yield: 7 servings
 
      4 lb Beef roast; your choice
      1 lb Potatoes
    3/4 lb Carrots
      2 tb Steak seasoning
    1/2 c  Beef broth
      1 tb Oil
 
  Add broth to the bottom of the slow cooker.
  
  Season roast generously with steak seasoning and add to
  the slow cooker.
  
  Add the potatoes and carrots on top of the roast in the
  slow cooker.
  
  Cook HIGH 4-5 hours or LOW 8-10.
  
  Yield: 6-8 servings
