      Title: Scalloped Potatoes
 Categories: Potatoes, Herbs, Dairy, Cheese
      Yield: 4 servings
 
    1/2 c  Milk
      1 ts Italian seasoning
    1/2 ts Salt
      1 ts Onion powder
    1/4 ts Black pepper
      3    Boiling potatoes; peeled, in
           - 1/4" slices
      2 tb Butter
    1/2 c  Grated Cheddar cheese
      2 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
           Paprika
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  Coat a 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
  
  Combine the milk, Italian seasoning, salt, onion powder,
  and pepper in a small bowl.
  
  Arrange potato slices in casserole dish and pour milk
  mixture over potatoes. Dot with butter, cover and bake
  for one hour or until potatoes are tender.
  
  Remove cover and sprinkle cheeses and paprika over
  potatoes. Bake, uncovered for 8 to 10 minutes longer,
  until cheeses are melted. Serve hot.
