My aunt Mary's Frosted Delights cookie recipe I found written in a very old piece of paper in my grandmother's recipe book:

Mary's Cookies
Frosted Delights

1/2 c margerine
1 c sugar
1 1/2 c Self-rising Flour
2 eggs
1/2 t vanilla
1 c pecans

Frosting:
1 egg white
1 c brown sugar

Cream sugar & margarine & add beaten eggs. Add flour & vanilla.
Spread batter as thin as possible in large pan. Spread topping over the top & sprinkle with nuts. 
Bake 30 minutes at 325. Cool 10 minutes & cut into squares

Topping:
Beat 1 egg white til stiff. Stir in 1 cup brown suagar
