      Title: Mr. Food's Italian Meatballs
 Categories: Beef, Breads, Cheese, Herbs
      Yield: 12 servings
 
      1 lb Ground beef
    3/4 c  Plain dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c  Grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c  Water
    1/4 c  Coarse chopped fresh
           - parsley
      1 lg Egg
  1 1/2 ts Garlic powder
      1 ts Salt
      1 ts Black pepper
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
  
  In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well then
  form mixture into 12 meatballs and place on prepared
  baking sheet.
  
  Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until no pink remains and juices
  run clear.
