MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Big Top Steak Skewers
 Categories: Beef, Citrus, Chilies, Herbs
      Yield: 6 servings
 
    3/4 c  Olive oil
      2 tb Lemon juice
    1/2 c  Fresh parsley; stemmed
      4 cl Garlic
      1 ts Chilli spice mix
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Black pepper
      2 lb Boneless top sirloin; in
           - 1/2" strips
     36    (6") skewers
 
  In a food processor or blender, add olive oil, lemon
  juice, parsley, garlic, chili spice, salt, and pepper;
  process until marinade is well combined.
  
  Thread one piece of steak onto each skewer. Place in a
  9" x 13" baking dish and pour marinade over steak; cover
  and refrigerate 1 hour.
  
  Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and cook steak on
  skewers 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until desired
  doneness.
