MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Pimiento Cheese Dip
 Categories: Cheese, Sauces, Chilies
      Yield: 4 Cups
 
  1 1/2 c  Mayonnaise
      4 oz Jar diced pimiento; drained
      2 ts Worcestershire sauce
      1 tb Fine grated onion
    1/2 lg Jalapeno; seeded, fine
           - chopped
    1/4 ts Ground red pepper
      4 c  Shredded extra-sharp Cheddar
           - cheese
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  Coat a 2 quart casserole dish or 9" deep dish pie plate
  with cooking spray.
  
  In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese;
  mix well. Stir in cheese and place in prepared pan.
  
  Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  
  MAKES: 4 cups
