      Title: Six Layer Dip
 Categories: Beans, Dairy, Cheese, Vegetables, Dips
      Yield: 8 servings
 
     16 oz Can refried beans
      8 oz Container prepared
           - guacamole
     16 oz Dairy sour cream
      1 oz Env taco seasoning mix
      8 oz Shredded Mexican cheese
           - blend
      1 md Ripe tomato; chopped
      4    Scallions; thin sliced
 
  Spread refried beans over a 12" round serving platter
  then spread guacamole over beans.
  
  In a medium bowl, combine sour cream and taco seasoning;
  mix well then spread over guacamole. Sprinkle with
  cheese then the tomato, followed by the scallions. Serve
  immediately, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
