      Title: Pineapple Honey Dressing
 Categories: Dressing, Fruits, Chilies, Citrus
      Yield: 1 Cup
 
    1/2 c  Fresh pineapple chunks
    1/4 c  Mayonnaise
      3 tb Honey
      2 tb Vegetable oil
      1 tb Fresh lemon juice
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
 
  Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor
  and puree until smooth
  
  Serve immediately or chill until ready to use.
  
  YIELDS: 1 cup
