Subj : Sheet Pan Meal - 1 To : All From : Dave Drum Date : Wed May 04 2022 15:58:08 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Sheet Pan Balsamic Chicken & Veggies Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Sauces Yield: 4 servings 3/4 c Italian dressing; divided 1/4 c Balsamic vinegar 4 Boned, skinned chicken - breast halves or thighs 1/2 Head broccoli; in florets 1 c Baby carrots; halved 1/2 lg Onion; in 1/2" pieces 1 c Cherry tomatoes 1/2 ts Black pepper Set oven @ 375ºF/190ºC. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. In a large, resealable plastic bag, combine 1/2 cup Italian dressing and the balsamic vinegar; mix well. Add chicken, seal bag, and refrigerate at least 1 hour. When ready to cook, place remaining 1/4 cup Italian dressing in a large bowl. Add broccoli, carrots, onion, tomatoes, and black pepper; mix well until evenly coated. Place on baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, remove from oven, and arrange chicken between vegetables on baking sheet. Discard marinade.
