      Title: Touchdown Cheeseburger Skewers

MMMMM-----------------------DIPPING SAUCE----------------------------
    3/4 c  Mayonnaise
      2 tb French dressing
      2 tb Pickle relish; drained
      1 tb Finely minced onion
      2 ts White vinegar
      1 ts Sugar
    1/8 ts Salt

MMMMM--------------------------SKEWERS-------------------------------
      4    Angus cheeseburger flatbread
           - pocket sandwiches
     12    (6") skewers
     12    Hamburger dill chips;
           - drained on paper towel
    1/4    Head iceberg lettuce; in
           - wedges
     12    Cherry tomatoes
 
  MAKE THE DIPPING SAUCE: Combine sauce ingredients in a
  small bowl. Stir to blend until smooth and well mixed.
  
  Prepare the flatbread sandwiches according to package
  instructions. Cut in quarters.
  
  ASSEMBLE THE SKEWERS: Thread a tomato, a lettuce wedge,
  then a dill pickle chip and finally a quartered cheese
  burger onto a skewer.
  
  Serve with dipping sauce.
