      Title: You Must Be Yolking Egg Salad

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      1    Hard-boiled egg; peeled,
           - chopped
      3 tb Cottage cheese
      1 ts Chopped parsley
    1/2 ts Curry powder
           Salt & Pepper
      1 tb Mayonaise
 
  In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
  
  Cover and keep chilled.
  
  Serve mounded in lettuce leaves, or on bread slices.
