      Title: Old-Fashioned Egg Salad
 Categories: Sandwiches, Eggs, Citrus, Bread
      Yield: 3 Servings
 
    1/4 c  Mayonnaise
      2 ts Lemon juice
      1 tb Minced onion
    1/4 ts (ea) Salt & Pepper
      6 lg Hard-cooked eggs; sliced and
           - diced
    1/2 c  Fine chopped celery
           Lettuce leaves or bread
 
  In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, salt
  and pepper. Stir in eggs and celery. Cover and chill.
  
  For each serving, spoon about 1/2 cup onto a lettuce leaf
  or spread on bread.
  
  Serves: 3 to 4
