      Title: Snot Weed & Tomato

      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      2 qt Sliced fresh okra
      4 lg Fresh tomatoes, peeled,
           - diced
      1 md Green pepper; chopped
      1 md Onion; chopped
      5 tb Olive oil
           Salt & pepper
 
  Heat olive oil in large heavy skillet or pot and saute onion
  and green pepper until light brown. Add okra and tomatoes
  and season to taste with salt & pepper.
  
  Cover and cook over low heat 30 to 40 min., stirring
  occasionally.
