      Title: Fruit Fool

      Yield: 5 servings

     21 oz Can peach or apricot pie
           - filling
      2 c  Whipped topping
    1/2 c  Sweetened shredded coconut;
           - toasted
           Fresh mint leaves

  Combine the pie filling and whipped topping. Spoon into
  individual dessert dishes. Sprinkle each with coconut
  and/or garnish with mint.

  Makes: 4-6 servings
