      Title: Sunny Breakfast Couscous Cereal
 Categories: Pasta, Citrus, Fruits
      Yield: 2 Servings
 
    3/4 c  Water
    1/4 c  Orange juice
    1/2 c  Couscous
      1 ts Orange zest
      1 tb Honey
      1 tb Apple juice concentrate
        ds Cinnamon
 
  Combine all of the ingredients in a 1-qt. microwaveable
  casserole dish. Cover. Nuke on high until liquid is absorbed
  and the couscous is tender, 5 to 6 minutes.
  
  Let stand, covered, for 1 minute more.
