March 1: National Peanut Butter Lover's Day

      Title: Ankle Biter Peanut Butter Drops
 Categories: Cookies, Grains, Nuts, Snacks
      Yield: 36 Servings
 
    3/4 c  Flour
      1 lg Egg
      1 tb Honey
      1 ts Creamy peanut butter
    1/4 c  Shortening
      1 ts Baking soda
    1/4 c  Rolled oats
    1/2 ts Vanilla
 
  Heat honey and peanut butter in microwave until peanut
  butter is melted (about 20 seconds).
  
  Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  
  Drop by 1/2 teaspoonful onto cookie sheet.
  
  Bake at 350ºF/175ºC for 8 to 10 minutes.
