MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Simple Vegetarian Taco Soup
 Categories: Vegetables, Beans, Herbs, Cheese
      Yield: 8 servings

      3 c  Water
 15 1/4 oz Can whole kernel golden corn
           - drained
     15 oz Can chilli-style beans in
           - chilli gravy
     15 oz Can pinto beans; drained,
           - rinsed
     15 oz Can added black beans; drain 
           - rinsed
     14 oz Can diced tomatoes w/green
           - chilies
      8 oz Can tomato sauce
  1 1/4 oz Env. taco seasoning mix
           Queso fresco; crumbled,
           - garnish
           Fresh cilantro; garnish
           Tortilla chips; for serving
           Lime wedges; for serving

  Combine water, corn, chilli beans in gravy, pinto and
  black beans, undrained tomatoes and chilies, tomato
  sauce, and taco seasoning mix in a large saucepan. Bring
  to a boil; reduce heat. Gently simmer, uncovered, 10
  minutes.

  To serve, ladle soup into serving bowls. Garnish with
  cheese and cilantro, if desired. Serve with tortilla
  chips and lime wedges
