      Title: Lulu's Corn Chip Chicken
 Categories: Five, Poultry, Sauces
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      4    Chicken thighs; skinned
      4 tb Mayonnaise
           Garlic powder & dry mustard
           Salt & black pepper
      2 c  Corn chips (Fritos); crushed
 
  Wash chicken and apply mayonnaise with a pastry brush.
  
  Sprinkle spices, to taste.
  
  Cover with crushed corn chips.
  
  Bake @ 375ºF/190ºC - until cooked through (about 40
  minutes).
