      Title: Ultimate Cold Relief Home Remedy Tea

      Yield: 1 Serving
 
      8 oz Water; as needed
      1 tb Apple cider vinegar
      1 tb Honey
      1    (1") cinnamon stick
      1 cl Garlic; peeled, smashed
 
  Combine water, vinegar, honey, cinnamon stick, and garlic
  in a small saucepan. Heat to 100ºF/38ºC remove from heat
  and pour into a mug.
