      Title: Macchiato Martini

  1 1/2 oz Caramel vodka
    1/2 oz Kahlua
      1    Splash milk

  Glass: Cocktail Glass

  Shake the caramel vodka, coffee liqueur and milk with
  ice in a cocktail shaker.

  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

      Title: Traditional Macchiato
 Categories: Five, Beverages, Dairy
      Yield: 1 serving

      2 oz Espresso
      1 oz Steamed milk

  Pull a shot of espresso - we used 16.5 grams of ground
  coffee to pull a 2 ounce shot.

  Steam your milk until your pitcher feels warm, but not
  overly hot in your hand.

  Add just a dash (about a half of an ounce) of steamed
  milk to your shot of espresso to "stain" it with just a
  bit of milk.
