      Title: Zippy Devilled Eggs
 Categories: Five, Appetisers
      Yield: 12 Servings
 
     12 lg Hard-boiled eggs; halved,
           - yolks & whites separated
    1/2 c  Mayonnaise
      3 tb Dijon mustard
      1 tb Lottie's yellow pepper sauce
 
  Combine egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, and hot sauce in a
  food processor; puree until smooth.
  
  Spoon egg yolk mixture into a pastry bag with a decorative
  tip; pipe filling into the cavity of the egg white halves.
  
  Garnish with dill or parsley.
