MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Halloween Meatballs
 Categories: Beef, Poultry, Vegetables, Cheese, Breads
      Yield: 8 Servings

      1 lb Lean ground beef
      1 lb Ground chicken
      3 cl Garlic; minced
      1 ts Dried basil
    1/2 ts Poultry seasoning
      2 c  Bread crumbs
    1/4 c  Pumpkin puree
      1 lg Egg
      8 oz Pkg mozzarella pearls
    1/4 c  Ketchup
           Pitted black olives

  Set oven @ 375ºF/190ºC. 

  In a large mixing bowl, combine beef, poultry, garlic,
  basil, poultry seasoning, bread crumbs, pumpkin puree
  and egg. Shape into medium-size meatballs.

  Place meatballs on baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes.
  Remove sheet from oven and place a mozzarella peal on
  each meatball. Return to oven and bake 5-10 more minutes
  until cooked through.

  Cut olives in half. Place one olive half atop the
  mozzarella on each meatball. Place ketchup in a ziplock
  plastic bag, seal and cut off a small piece of one
  corner of the bag. Pipe ketchup into the olive on each
  meatball for the pupils.
