      Title: Peanut Butter Cookies
 Categories: Five, Cookies, Snacks, Nuts
      Yield: 12 Cookies
 
    2/3 c  Peanut butter
    2/3 c  Sugar
      1 lg Egg
      1 ts Vanilla extract
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix
  well.
  
  Drop by the tablespoonful onto a baking sheet. Flatten
  cookies with a fork.
  
  Bake 15 minutes.
  
  Makes about 12 servings
