      Title: Angel Food Cake ala Mode w/Berries & Grand Marnier
 Categories: Five, Booze, Fruits, Cakes, I scream
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      2 c  Blueberries
      1 tb Sugar
      2 tb Grand Marnier
      4 sl Angel food cake
      4    Scoops vanilla ice cream
 
  In a bowl mix berries with sugar and Grand Marnier.
  
  On each plate, set a slice of cake and top it with a scoop
  of ice cream. Spoon berry mixture over and around the cake.
