MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Ice Cream Cone Cannoli
 Categories: Desserts, Cheese, Chocolate
      Yield: 8 servings
 
     15 oz Part-skim ricotta cheese
    1/2 c  Powdered sugar
    1/2 ts Vanilla
    1/4 ts Orange rind
    1/4 c  Mini chocolate chips
      8    (to 10) sugar ice cream
           - cones
 
  With a wooden spoon mix ricotta, powdered sugar, orange
  rind, and vanilla until smooth. Add the chips and stir
  until evenly blended.
  
  Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
  
  Keep mixture into fridge until you are ready to use it!
  
  Spoon mixture into ice cream cone. Serve.
  
  If you wish decorate your cones, melt 1 cup chocolate
  chips and dip cones in chocolate. (You also can coat
  inside the cones.) Roll chocolate dipped cone in chopped
  nuts.
  
  Serves: 8-10
