MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Jeremy's Pig Picking Cake
 Categories: Cakes, Citrus, Dairy, Fruits
      Yield: 12 Servings
 
 18 1/4 oz Box Duncan Hines butter cake
           - mix
      4 lg Eggs; beaten
    1/2 c  Cooking oil
     11 oz Can mandarin oranges;
           - undrained
  3 1/2 oz Instant vanilla pudding
     16 oz Kool Whip
     20 oz Crushed pineapple; drained
 
  Set oven @ 325ºF/165ºC.
  
  Grease 2 round 9" pans or a 9" X 13" pan.
  
  With a mixer, blend the cake mix, eggs, oil and mandarin
  oranges together.
  
  Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  
  After cake has cooled, with a mixer, mix together the
  pudding mix, Kool Whip and drained pineapple until well
  blended.
  
  Spread mixture on top and sides of cake.
  
  Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
