MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Margaritas Fresca
 Categories: Beverages, Booze, Citrus, Chilies, Herbs
      Yield: 8 Servings
 
           Salt
      1    Lime; in 9 wedges
  1 1/2 c  Triple Sec
      1 c  Tequila
    3/4 c  Lime juice
    1/2 c  Superfine or powdered sugar
      2    Fresh jalapeno chilies;
           - halved, stemmed, seeded,
           - thin sliced
           Ice cubes or crushed ice
    1/2 c  Snipped fresh cilantro
 
  Place salt on a small plate. Rub rims of eight 8-ounce
  glasses with 1 of the lime wedges. Dip rims of glasses
  into salt to coat; set aside.
  
  In a pitcher combine Triple Sec, tequila, lime juice, and
  sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add the chilies.
  Chill until ready to serve.
  
  To serve, add the remaining 8 lime wedges and ice to the
  pitcher. Muddle 1 lime wedge and 1 tablespoon snipped
  cilantro in each salt-rimmed glass. Top with ice. Pour
  tequila mixture over ice.
