      Title: Cherry Tomato Margarita

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
           Coarse or flaked sea salt
      4    Sweet yellow cherry
           - tomatoes
        pn Coarse or flaked sea salt
      3 tb Silver tequila
      1 tb Orange liqueur
      1 tb Fresh lime juice
      1 tb Simple syrup
           Cherry tomatoes for garnish
 
  Rim a glass with coarse salt; set aside. In a cocktail
  shaker combine cherry tomatoes and a pinch of salt;
  muddle tomatoes until broken up and juiced. Add tequila,
  orange liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice; shake
  until chilled, about 30 seconds. Double strain into an
  ice-filled glass. Garnish with a few cherry tomatoes on a
  bamboo skewer, if desired.
