      Title: Tarragon Chicken Salad w/Cranberries
 Categories: Poultry, Herbs, Fruits, Nuts, Vegetables
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
    1/2 c  Chopped fresh tarragon
    1/4 c  Chopped red onion
      1 cl Garlic; minced
    1/3 c  Mayonnaise
      1 tb White wine vinegar
    1/4 ts Kosher salt
      2 c  Chopped cooked chicken
    1/2 c  Dried cranberries
    1/4 c  Chopped toasted almonds or
           - walnuts
           Toasted sandwich bread
           Ciabatta buns
           Torn mixed greens
 
  In a medium bowl stir together the first six ingredients
  (through salt). Stir in chicken, cranberries, and, if
  desired, nuts; toss to coat. Serve on bread, in buns, or
  over greens.
