      Title: Charity's Secret Sauce

      2 oz (60 ml) Japanese Whiskey
      1 oz (30 ml) Wildflower Honey
      2    Bar spoons Apple Sauce
      4 ds Angostura Bitters
           Japanese Pale Ale Beer
 
  Garnish: Mint Sprig, Apple Slices
  
  In a shaking glass with ice, combine Japanese whiskey,
  lemon juice, wildflower honey, apple sauce, and
  angostura bitters. Shake well.
  
  Strain mix into a glass over ice and top with Japanese
  pale ale.
  
  Garnish with a mint sprig and apple slices.
