      Title: Vivian's Pimento Cheese Sandwich Spread
 Categories: Five, Cheese, Vegetables, Sauces, Chilies
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      8 oz Sharp cheddar cheese;
           - grated
      3 oz Jar pimientos; diced
    1/3 c  Mayonnaise
      1 tb Prepared mustard
    1/2 ts Tabasco sauce
 
  Allow cheese to get to room temperature before making.
  
  Drain pimentoes well and finely chop.
  
  Blend cheese, mayonnaise, prepared mustard and hot
  sauce.
  
  Fold in pimentoes.
  
  Keep refrigerated.
