      Title: Bernice's Rice-Beef Casserole
 Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Rice, Soups
      Yield: 14 servings
 
      1 lb Ground beef; browned,
           - drained
      1 c  Celery; diced
      1 c  Onion; diced
 10 3/4 oz Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
 21 1/2 oz (2 cans) Cream of Chicken
           - Soup
  1 1/2 c  Water
    3/4 c  Raw Minute Rice
  2 1/2 tb Soy sauce
           Chow Mein Noodles; for
           - topping (right before
           - serving)
 
  Mix all of the above ingredients except for the Chow
  Mein noodles. Bake @ 350ºF/175ºC for about 45-60
  minutes. Top with the Chow Mein noodles right before
