      Title: Olga & Valeria's Garlic Butter Green Beans
 Categories: Five, Vegetables
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      2    Green spring onions; thin
           - sliced
           Oil for shallow frying
     25 g  Butter
      1 cl Garlic; crushed
    200 g  Green beans
 
  Shallow fry green beans until crisp. drain on absorbent
  paper
  
  Place butter and garlic in a frying pan over lowest
  heat. Cook for 5 minutes to infuse butter.
  
  Cook beans in a saucepan of salted boiling water. Drain.
  Add to garlic butter and toss to coat. Season.
  
  Serve beans topped with spring onions.
