      Title: Pizza Burgers
 Categories: Pork, Beef, Breads, Cheese, Sauces
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      8 oz Ground Italian sausage
      8 oz Ground beef
    1/2 c  Pepperoni; chopped
      8 sl (1/2") French bread
      8 oz Can pizza or spaghetti
           - sauce
    1/4 c  Shredded mozzarella cheese
 
  In a large combine the first three ingredients (through
  pepperoni); mix well. Shape mixture into four 3/4" thick
  patties.
  
  Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat 14 to 18 minutes
  or until done, turning once. Toast bread slices on the
  grill. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan heat pizza sauce
  over low heat. Serve burgers between toasted bread slices
  topped with sauce, cheese, and, if desired, additional
  pepperoni slices.
