      Title: Creamy Priscilla Potatoes Sausage Casserole
 Categories: Pork, Potatoes, Soups, Dairy, Vegetables
      Yield: 16 Servings
 
      1 lb Kielbasa or Smoked Sausage
      8 lg Red potatoes; diced small
      1 lg Red pepper; diced
      1 lg Bell pepper; diced
      1 lg Yellow onion; diced
 10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup
 10 3/4 oz Can cream of celery soup
      8 oz Sour cream
      1 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded
           Olive oil
           Salt & pepper
 
  Slice the sausage in 1/2" coins.
  
  In a large bowl, combine the soups, milk, vegetables,
  salt & pepper.
  
  In an ungreased 11" x 7" baking dish, layer half the
  potatoes, soup mixture and sausage; repeat layers.
  
  Cover and bake @ 350ºF/175ºC for 1-1/2 hours or until
  potatoes are tender.
  
  Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer
  or until cheese is melted.
