Add the meat and brown it. Add the garlic, cardamom, cinnamon and chilli and fry for a few minutes. Add the water and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until the meat is tender. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the peas and corn and mix with the yellow rice.
