MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Chicken, Pear & Parmesan Salad
 Categories: Poultry, Cheese, Fruits, Greens
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      2 tb Cider or white wine vinegar
      2 tb Olive or canola oil
      1 tb Honey
    1/4 ts (ea) salt & black pepper
      5 c  Torn fresh spinach leaves
      2 c  Shredded or chopped cooked
           - chicken
      2    Pears; cored, in cubes
    1/2 sm Red onion; thin sliced
    1/4 c  Dried cranberries or
           - raisins
      1 oz Parmesan cheese; shaved
 
  In a small screw-top jar combine vinegar, oil, honey,
  salt, and pepper. Cover and shake well; set aside.
  
  In a large salad bowl combine spinach, chicken, pears,
  onion, and cranberries. Drizzle dressing over salad,
  tossing to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.
  
  Makes: 4 servings
