MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Eva's Chicken Salad
 Categories: Poultgry, Beans, Vegetables, Herbs, Cheese
      Yield: 5 Servings
 
     15 oz Can pink beans
     15 oz Can black beans
     15 oz Can red beans
     20 oz Jar mild salsa
      1 tb Garlic
     24 oz (2 cans) chicken
      1 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded
    1/2 c  Dairy sour cream
    1/4 c  Onion; chopped
      8 oz (1/2 can) diced tomatoes;
           - drained
      1 ts Olive oil
           Mixed greens
      1 ts Cilantro
           Salt & pepper
 
  In a large pan, add olive oil, garlic and onions. Saute
  until onions are tender.
  
  Add beans, tomatoes, and chicken.
  
  Season with salt, pepper, and cilantro.
  
  Cook in medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  
  Serve on top of bed of greens.
  
  Top with cheese and sour cream.
