      Title: Eva's Sausage Casserole
 Categories: Potatoes, Pork, Vegetables, Herbs, Rice
      Yield: 5 Servings
 
      4    Potatoes quartered
      8    Sausages halved
    535 g  Canned pumpkin soup
      2 c  Frozen mixed vegetables
      1 pn Garlic salt
      1 pn Mixed herbs
      2 c  Rice
 
  Brown potatoes in a pan with garlic salt and mixed
  herbs. Place in slow cooker.
  
  Brown sausages in pan, then add to slow cooker.
  
  Add soups, vegetables and 1/2 cup water.
  
  Cook on low for 6 hours.
  
  Serve with steamed rice.
