Set gnocchi and liquid aside. In a large skillet cook sausage slices, pepper, onion, and garlic over medium-high heat until sausage is brown and vegetables are tender. Add gnocchi, tomatoes, arugula, and reserved liquid to skillet. Heat through, gently stirring mixture occasionally.
