Subj : St. Hyacinth 06 To : All From : Dave Drum Date : Fri Jul 02 2021 06:48:00 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Hyacinth's Caraway Brussel Sprouts Categories: Vegetables, Herbs, Breads, Citrus Yield: 6 Servings 1 1/2 lb Brussel sprouts, cleaned & - trimmed 1 pt Chicken stock 1/4 c Butter; melted 1 1/2 ts Fresh lemon juice 1 tb Caraway seeds 1/2 ts Salt Fresh ground pepper 2 tb Fresh bread crumbs 2 tb Butter Cook your sprouts in chicken broth until just tender, about 7 minutes. Drain well. Toss the sprouts with melted butter, lemon juice, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper. Place in baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Then dot with butter.
