MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Alouda - Cuizine Maurice

      Yield: 3 Servings
 
      1 l  Milk
     12 oz Can sweetened condensed
           - milk
      2 tb Toukmaria (basil seeds)
    1/4    Stick agar
      1 ts Vanilla extract
 
  Boil half a liter of water and cook agar 5 minutes in
  boiling water then put in a bowl to cool.
  
  Put the milk and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan
  and warm when its starts to boil add the vanilla essence
  and remove the pan from heat, cool and then refrigerate.
  
  In a large bowl of water put the toukmaria and let rise.
  When the agar is solid enough grate it. Then put the
  cold milk into a glass, a tablespoon of toukmaria and a
  tablespoon of grated agar, it is ready.
