      Title: Maurice's Spicy Chicken Wings
 Categories: Five, Poultry, Sauces, Snacks
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
     40    Chicken drumettes
    3/4 c  Soy sauce, tamari
    2/3 c  Honey
      4 ts Oil
      3 tb Dry (Colman's) mustard
 
  Put drumettes into a plastic bag.
  
  Mix remaining ingredients together. Put into the bag.
  
  Close bag securely and shake until well coated.
  
  Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  
  Set oven @ 375AøF/190AøC.
  
  Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place rack
  on top of baking sheet.
  
  Remove chicken from bag and place on the rack.
  
  Bake for 30 minutes, until wings are crisp and golden.
