MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Emma's Meat Casserole
 Categories: Beef, Cheese, Dairy, Pasta, Vegetables
      Yield: 8 Servings
 
  1 1/2 lb Ground beef
     16 oz Tomato sauce
      8 oz Whipped cream cheese
     12 oz Sour cream
     12 oz Extra Wide Egg Noodles
      1    Green onion; sliced
      1 c  Cheddar cheese
 
  Prepare ground beef with beef base, brown and add tomato
  sauce. Allow to boil till reduced (no liquid).
  
  Mix Cream Cheese and Sour Cream together.
  
  When all ingredients are ready, layer accordingly:
  Noodles - Ground beef - Cheese mix - Cheddar cheese -
  Green onion.
  
  Bake @ 350ºF/175ºC for 20-30 minutes (till cheese
  melts)
  
  Makes 8 Servings
