MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Emma's Amazing Beef Stew
 Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Herbs, Wine
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
    500 g  Stewing beef
      1 lg Onion
      1 lg Carrot
      5 cl Garlic
      1 lg Sweet potato
      1    Parsnip
     10    (to 15) mushrooms
    1/2 pt Beef gravy
    250 ml Red wine
      2 tb Tomato puree
      2 ts (heaped) paprika
      1 ts (heaped) Herbs
 
  Prepare and chop all vegetables to your own required
  size, add to a stew dish.
  
  Chop up the meat and add in. Make up the gravy and pour
  over, then the red wine and the herbs. Give it all a
  stir.
  
  Put a lid on and pop in the oven for 3-4 hours. Enjoy!
