      Title: Lava Cake By Cyril Lignac

      Yield: 6 Servings
 
     80 g  Butter
      4 lg Eggs
    150 g  Dark chocolate
           +=PLUS=+
      6    Pieces of dark chocolate
     90 g  Sugar
      2 tb Flour
 
  Heat the oven to 465ºF/240ºC.
  
  Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie.
  
  Whip the whole eggs and sugar until the mixture whitens.
  Add the flour, then the melted chocolate and butter.
  
  Butter and flour 6 small, individual ramekins. Fill them
  with the chocolate mixtures up to half way and place a
  chocolate piece in the center. Finish filling the molds.
  
  Bake at for 10 minutes. Remove the Lava Cakes out of the
  ramekins and serve them immediately.
