      Title: Isabel Costa's Pineapple Salsa
 Categories: Chilies, Fruits, Salsa, Citrus, Herbs
      Yield: 7 Servings
 
      2 ts Ground chile
      1 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Ground coriander
    1/2 md Pineapple; peeled, cored,
           - diced
      1 md Red onion; peeled, diced
      1    Jalapeño; seeded, diced
      1 tb Lime juice; to taste
    1/4 c  Chopped fresh cilantro
           - leaves
 
  In a small bowl, mix together the chile powder, salt and
  ground coriander.
  
  In a medium bowl, toss together the pineapple, onion and
  jalapeño, then add the lime juice and cilantro leaves,
  and season to taste with the spice mixture.
  
  YIELD: 6 to 8 servings
