      Title: David's Grilled Poblano & Red Onion Vinaigrette
 Categories: Condiments, Chilies, Dressings
      Yield: 5 Servings
 
      1 c  Chopped grilled red onions
      1 c  Chopped roasted poblano
           - chilies
    1/2 c  Capers
    1/2 c  Chopped cilantro
      1 tb Hot pepper sauce; Cholula
      1 tb Minced garlic
    1/2    Cup balsamic vinegar
      1 tb Honey
      1    Lemon; zested, juiced
      1 c  Red wine vinegar
      4 c  Olive oil
           Salt and pepper

  Combine all of the ingredients, except for the olive oil
  and salt and pepper, into a medium size mixing bowl and
  mix well. Whisk the olive oil into the mixture in a slow
  steady stream until fully incorporated.
  
  Season with salt and pepper.
  
  Serves: 4 to 6 servings
