      Title: St. John's Wort Tea

      2 ts St. John's Wort
      1    Cinnamon stick
      1    Star anise
           Honey
 
  Add the St. John's Wort, cinnamon, a star anise to a
  teapot.
  
  Cover with 400 ml (approximately 14 oz) of hot water.
  Let steep for 5-7 minutes, then pass through a fine
  strainer. Sweeten to taste with honey, and serve.
