      Title: Salsa Beef Sandwiches
 Categories: Five, Beef, Salsa, Breads, Chilies
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      1 lb Ground beef
      1 c  Purchased chunky salsa
    1/4 c  Water
  1 1/2 ts Chilli spice mix
      6    (6") hamburger buns; split,
           - toasted
 
  In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat
  until meat is brown, using a wooden spoon to break up meat
  as it cooks. Drain off fat. Stir in salsa, the water, and
  chilli spice.
  
  Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 to
  10 minutes or until mixture reaches desired consistency.
  Serve in toasted buns.
